How do I request a new insurance card?

Important information about the insurance card
- Availability: The insurance card is only available for the following plans: Student Classic Plus, Student Comfort, Expatcare Comfort, and Expatcare Premium.
- Delivery time: The card will be delivered within 5 weeks by post.
- Signature: Once you receive the card, make sure to sign it in the designated field on the back.
What if I need to visit a doctor in the meantime?
Even without the insurance card, you can still receive medical treatment. Simply present your insurance documents to the doctor. The reimbursement process remains unchanged.
Delivery notice
- The card can only be delivered to an address in Germany.
- Important: Your name must be visible on the mailbox at the specified address.
- If this is not possible, please provide an alternative address to ensure delivery.
